In Erased, Tubbs’ offers readers an alternative perspective on how America’s history of patriarchy has shaped the country up to the present. A follow-on to her groundbreaking debut, The Three Mothers, this timely work of nonfiction combines the author’s signature blend of approachable but rigorous analysis to explore the systematic oppression of women and people of color since its founding and the resulting consequences to the nation.
